Indiana Heats Up! Pacers Snatch Game 3 with Swagger Over Thunder
Back in Indy, the Pacers turn up the volume, cool off OKC — and take a 2-1 series lead in the NBA Finals!
June 11 in Indiana had two things hotter than the weather: Tyrese Haliburton’s jumper and the Pacers’ playoff swagger. The Indiana Pacers came out in full throttle, snapping back in Game 3 of the NBA Finals and handing the Oklahoma City Thunder a firm 2-1 wake-up call. This wasn’t just a win — it was a statement with extra sauce on top.
From the opening tip, it was clear Indiana meant business. Myles Turner swatted shots like a man trying to clear flies from his barbeque, while Haliburton dished and splashed like a wizard in sneakers. OKC tried to rally, but every time they blinked, Indiana added another three. Even the crowd seemed like it was trying to check in at the scorer’s table.
The Thunder, to their credit, didn’t roll over. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander danced his way into buckets and tried to keep things respectable, but the Pacers’ defense had other plans. Let’s just say: this wasn’t a thunderstorm — it was a full-on Indiana parade.
With the Pacers now leading the series 2-1, Game 4 promises more sparks, more sweat, and probably a few more broken ankles (on the court, not in the crowd — we hope).
